As you can see, we offer a variety of services -- from aerials to basic interior and exterior shots to video and virtual tours. This is how the process works...

When you get a listing, just call or text me with the details ...

It is really very easy. Let us know what you want and when you need it.

Basic information like the address and whether vacant or occupied*, the services you need, how to access the home or contact the sellers (unless the property is vacant), etc.

* PLEASE NOTE: Rental properties are rarely accepted.  Call to discuss.

Phil will "scout" the property site in person or online to determine the best time of day for the session and let you know of recommendations or issues. You can get the most economical cost quote right away.

Remember, sessions are generally weather dependent and of course subject to previous commitments.  Also, it is of greatest importance that the property be clean, organized, and "photo ready."

The session is completed on the agreed date and time window ...

At an arranged time convenient to you and your clients, the session will take place.  If the home is on a lockbox, you are asked to give access at the time.

The files will be edited and published ...

This is the most involved part for Aerial Lens.  Editing photographs is a specialty at Aerial Lens, and EVERY image is gone over in detail. A lot of time is spent to make sure the photos show the property in its best light. That makes the property look good and it makes you look good as an agent or seller.

Is the grass normally green, but brown at present? Is there a piece of equipment sitting in the yard? Is the pool kind of murky? No worries. We will make sure everything looks like it normally will as long as it is not deceptive to the buyer (No, we can't fix a hole in the roof or remove that water tower in the distance).

Finally, your finished project is published as agreed and links are mailed to you. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
